The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Items purchased on sale or during promotions.
Customized or altered outfits.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or washing.
International orders, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
To initiate a return or exchange:
Email us at jannatcloset65@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Mention your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason.
Our team will respond with instructions for return shipping or replacement processing.
Please do not send items back without receiving confirmation from our customer service team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect or defective.
We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid lost packages.
Jannat Closet is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds are only offered in the form of store credit or voucher.
Cash refunds are not available.
Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If your requested exchange item is available, we will dispatch it within 3–5 business days after receiving the original product.
If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, the order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.
